Victor Payes Martinez has been employed with TSA since 2008. Victor has served as Local Secretary Treasurer since 2014. Victor has been involved with AFGE since 2010 in various capacities as interim-Local President, Local Women’s and Fair Practices Coordinator, Chief Steward, and Shop Steward, respectively.

Victor also serves as AFGE TSA Council 100 Fair Practices Coordinator as an advisor and specialist under the Council President. Victor has two young daughters and enjoys family and friends in his down time.
